    From the time we walked through the door of this little "hole in the wall" , the first impression was intrigued. We were sat on the patio, and it was a cool evening. Salvator was our server, and from this point on, he took over with his expertise. EVERYTHING he recommended was beyond expectation. The lasagna, the chicken parmigian, shrimp and clam bucatini, and the Calzone, just amazing. The food was authentic , the flavors took back to Italy. Perfecto!

    Wait staff was beyond kind and helpful. Went out of their way to make small talk and let us know about the activities to do. Food was good, nothing to write home about. A bit over priced but it was good. Place was nice not busy, we had take out so only briefly saw the place.

    Ricotta Gnudi is the best! Beef short rib over handmade pillows of potato ricotta gnocchi with demi glace sauce and mushrooms and fresh house made ricotta this dairy intolerant takes the pills and indulges it is so good textures and flavors dance in your mouth! do not share gt your own, you will not regrt it! I miss the salmon but understand they change the menu seasonally so i hope the salmon comes back in summer!!!

    Primo's is fantastic. Ambiance, food, staff, menu. Stop by when it's not slammed, great lunch spot. An absolute gem in SLT, love this spot! Ask to be put in Sal's section for dinner reservations, one of the best servers in town!
